Rainforest to Gold Rush Rail, Westbound - 2 nights
The Rainforest to Gold Rush westbound rail route is Rocky Mountaineer's longest rail route, and takes you from Jasper through to Vancouver with hotel overnights in Quesnel and Whistler. This itinerary starts with the rugged scenery of the north and ends with a scenic 3.5 hour train trip from Whistler to Vancouver, with views of Howe Sound along the way. Onboard the Rocky Mountaineer train you can choose to travel in SilverLeaf or GoldLeaf service. This "rail only" package is the absolute minimum you can book.
For a seamless itinerary, we recommend you book your hotel nights in Jasper and Vancouver through us. When you add these additional nights, complimentary admission to the Vancouver Lookout is included, giving you 360 degree views of the city, as well as your Jasper National Park pass and luggage handling from your Jasper hotel, through to your Vancouver hotel. When booking your Jasper and Vancouver hotel nights through us, we ensure you are picked up and dropped off at your hotels, as all rail station transfers in Jasper, Quesnel, Whistler and Vancouver are included.
